startup 에러

오라클 shutdown abort 후 startup 할려고 하는데 아래같은 에러가 나오네요 해결책이 있나요?
SQL> shutdown abort;
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup mount
ORA-10997: another startup/shutdown operation of this instance inprogress
ORA-09968: unable to lock file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable

데이터베이스가 비정상종료되어서 그런것같습니다.
sysdba로 접속한후 다시 shutdown abort를 해보세요

ORA-10997: another startup/shutdown operation of this instance inprogress
= 다른데서 시작/종료 진행중입니다.
ORA-09968: unable to lock file
= 결국은 파일을 다른데서 못쓰게 잡는데 실패.
shutdown 후에 제대로 종료 됬는지 확인해보셔야 할거 같습니다. Archive log full이라던지 기타 등등으로 제대로 종료가 안된거 일수도 있습니다.
